Setting up FAQs

We want you to love your purchase! Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their item to request a return. To initiate a return, please email support@wisemindsshop.org with your order details. We will provide you with the return address.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

At this time, we only offer refunds for returned items in their original, unused condition. If you'd like to exchange an item, we recommend returning it for a refund and placing a new order.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for us to inspect and process your refund. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email support@wisemindsshop.org as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you!

Yes! We currently ship worldwide. Please note that international shipping times vary, and customs fees or duties may apply based on your location. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipping times vary based on location:

U.S. Orders: 3-7 business days
International Orders: 7-21 business days

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please email support@wisemindsshop.org within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we may not be able to make changes.

Yes! Some of our products include digital guides and workbooks. After purchasing a digital product, you’ll receive a download link via email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.
