We want you to love your purchase! Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their item to request a return. To initiate a return, please email support@wisemindsshop.org ()with your order details. We will provide you with the return address. Please note: Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

At this time, we only offer refunds for returned defective items in their original, unused condition.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 30 business days for us to inspect and process your refund. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
